  1. Make sure you have all the ingredients at hand.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Fry them in some oil or butter for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop the sweet potatoes and carrots and add them to the pan. Also add the kurkuma and curry powder. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetable stock to the pan and bring to boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the vegetables become soft.
  5. Use a (hand) blender to create a creamy substance. Stir the yoghurt through at the end and add pepper and salt to taste.
