  1. Cut the tofu into small squares and marinate in a mixture of the soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
  2. Cut the brussel sprouts and onion in slices. Put some oil in a wok and start frying the brussel sprouts. Add the onions after a few minutes and continue until the vegetables get brown grill marks.
  3. Now reduce the heat and add the garlic, ginger, chili pepper and coriander leaves. Stir and keep heating slowly until everything gets soft.
  4. Now add the tofu with all the liquid. Add some more soy sauce if you want, and add the sesame seeds at the end.
