This banana bread is so moist and fluffy, it's even better than a regular cake! Some dates add the required sweetness. Easy to make and oh so yummy!

This banana bread is so moist and fluffy, it's even better than a regular cake! Some dates add the required sweetness. Easy to make and oh so yummy!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Lay a cake tin with greaseproof paper and preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Cut the dates and the bananas in small pieces. Put them together in a blender and blend until you get a smooth liquid. (You can also use a hand mixer)
  3. Whisk the 3 eggs together with some salt. Whisk thoroughly, until small air bubbles are forming.
  4. Carefully stir the almond flower through the eggs with a spoon.
  5. Now also add the date/banana mixture and stir through carefully.
  6. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 40 minutes at 175 degrees. Check if the bread has set with a wooden skewer.
