Sweet Potato & Vegetable Salad

A tasty, colourful salad with crunchy vegetables, avocado, mozzarella, egg, sweet potato and shrimps. Topped of with sesame seeds and soy sauce.

(Leave out the shrimps for a vegetarian version.)
